Conditions of return:
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please be aware that items in this store are handmade and that any request for alternative products or exchanges are dependant on relevant lead times if applicable. Please get in touch to check availability.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Please be aware that Royal Mail Deliveries are currently experiencing substantial delays due to Covid 19 and staff shortages. Please allow up to 10-14 working days for some orders to work their way through the postal system before contacting us
Delivery is calculated according to weight and as such varies for each product. Most items are sent via Royal Mail. Please be aware that there are delays in the postal service due to Covid-19. Please see above.
Larger items (i.e. Blanket Kits) will be sent by courier and a tracking number will be provided.
